General Cancellation Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and will be effective from the date of receipt.
The following cancellation charges will apply unless otherwise specified at the time of booking:
Cancellation Period
From the date of booking up to 45 days prior to departure
44–31 days prior to departure
30 days or less prior to departure
Cancellation Charges
10% of the total booking amount
50% of the total booking amount
100% of the total booking amount
Important Notes
- Domestic and international flight tickets are booked in the lowest available fare class and are non-refundable once issued.
- Certain hotels, luxury camps, trains, cruises, wildlife lodges, special events, permits, and other services may have separate cancellation policies imposed by the respective suppliers.
- Any amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the refundable amount has been received from the respective suppliers, after deducting any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or non-recoverable costs.
